    Hello sir!

I am interested in a custom feature if you are willing too.

I need that master account to be able to generate auto login links for each subaccount in a easy way right form the front end woocommerce account page.

As an idea what auto login links are you can find here an example:

    https://github.com/MrApplejuice/wp-autologin-links/

Ideal, the master account will have in the front end of woocommerce account(a new page with all subaccount and option to generate at once new autologin links for each subaccounts and one by one. (if only one by one, is fine too.))

This will provide the master account to just send a an autologin link to a possible customer and that person without any hassle to buy something.

This way the master account will always have control on the people who can order at any time. (a cool extra feature would be to show to master account when the last time the auto login link was generated, and also a quick copy button too would be great.)

Please at least let me know if this is doable and if you are interested in this customization.

I hope you have a great day!

    Regards,

    V.

    Hi @tcmo6

Thanks for reaching out and for the details about your feature request.

Should this feature allow a Manager to resend login links to subaccounts that have already been created?

I am asking this because when a subaccount is created by a Manager, an email containing the username and a link to set the password is already automatically sent to the subaccount (which is somewhat similar to your request).

    Hi @mediaticus,

Thank you for your answer! The manager would be the one that is sending the autologin link to subaccounts! It’s something like: the manager is in control who log in every day/time. He provide the login link to subaccounts, only he controls the re(generation) of the autologin links for subaccounts. If at some point wants to disable access to a subaccount he regenerates the links.

I hope this helps! Thank you!

    Hi @tcmo6

Many thanks for the additional details provided.

We may consider creating an add-on specifically for this feature, but it is something the development team needs to discuss first and unfortunately I cannot yet guarantee if or when such an add-on will be released.

In the meantime, the ability for a parent account to deactivate and reactivate its subaccounts is already in our roadmap for Subaccounts Pro.

For now, I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions about the plugin, feel free to contact us again.

    Hi @mediaticus,

Thank you for your answer. I hope you and your team find a bigger utility for this feature.

The activate/deactivate scenario is not an option in my case:

The manager is a hotel and the subaccount are the rooms. Giving access to the rooms need to happen by regenerating the login, as the occupant of the room to not be able to login when he is no longer a client. The client of the room by having this access is able to order breakfast specifically as he wants for his room as long as he stays in the hotel.

If you add this behavior to the plugin, please let me know and just post here a reply.

    Thank you!

    Regard,

    Tcmo6
