auto login to osticket

    Hi, this is a great plugin ! I can see and respond to the tickets from the dashboard of wordpress — so cool. However, I would also want to be able to go to osticket actual dashboard to make some changes etc… how can I (or other admin wordpress users) login automatically to osticket (installed in the wordpress subdirectory) once I have logged in to wordpress ?

    Hello,

    Sorry for my very late answer!

    I’m afraid we got no such feature available.
    in such case logging in to the osTicket scp with it’s own login would be required.
