When I visit my website on my iPhone using Safari, surf some pages, and then close the Safari app (without me logging out of my site), when I reopen Safari the next time I am forced to log back in again before viewing the site.

When I visit my website using Google Chrome for desktops, I can close Chrome and restart it and I am still logged in to my website. It also works fine when using Chrome mobile on my iPhone.

Is there a setting in Safari that is clearing the cookie for Auto Logout or is there something else at play that is causing this issue?

    Thanks,

    Jerrad

  • Jerrad,

Thank you for getting in touch. Please could you email our support team on [email protected] so they can take a look?

I’m not aware of anything that might affect Safari, but of course you are probably right that there is a cookies setting that needs adjusting somewhere.

I may not pick up replies here.

    Regards,

    Dan
