Auto Number Entries

    I was wondering if it’s possible to create a column that has an auto-number function.

    As I add entries to column A, I’d like Column B to display the order of each entry.

    Anyway to do this?

    Hey Tobias, thanks for the reply. That’s exactly what I’m looking for.

    However, when a user searches for their name (via the search bar) and the results filter, I need their number to stay the same.

    In addition, when I remove someone from the table, I need their number to update. For example, if Tommy is 1 and Clara is 2, when I remove Tommy from the list, I want Clara’s number to automatically update to 1.

    Are these two things possible?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    The second thing (updating of the numbers) should happen automatically.
    Unfortunately, the first is not possible with this Extension. When you filter, it will update the numbers. Unfortunately, I don’t know a solution for that, sorry.
