Auto-Open and Click to Chat?

I’m using your snippet code (and not the plugin). How do I make the chat box auto-open after X seconds? I saw a FAQ about this but it doesn’t make clear how you edit the existing code to do this. Also, how can you create a URL link so you can add “Chat with Me” to have a page and when the link is clicked the chat window expands? I found a FAQ about “button” text but it doesn’t make clear how to trigger these. Very fast page loads! Thank you.
