auto open link within page upon page open

I have a drop down menu of price ranges that open respective pages of a real estate blog.

If someone selects a price range I want to show them those search results. Without hard-coding the menu code is there some way to embed a link on each page so that it auto-opens a specific link? Maybe a meta refresh?
