“Auto open” only works on sub pages

    Hi team,
    love your charming set-up. Very easy to configure and great free customize features.

    Problem description: I’ve tried many hours to get my “pop-up” show off. It only works sometimes on frontpage but always on sub pages. The “popup” works fine from inside the admin bar all the time. I’ve followed you trouble shooting and changed the triggering and cookies no success. Lastly i’ve landed here and hope you can help me out somehow?!

    Hi @fabstyle-1 – thanks for reaching out to us and we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem.

    Have you managed to sort this out? If this is not the case from your end then could you please clear/delete all browser’s cache and caching plugin’s cache to see if that works now. You can also try to check it using a different browser or incognito mode and check if the issue still persists.

    Lastly, you can try to disable asset caching under your Popup Maker > Settings > Misc and check it again if that helps you solve the problem. You can also check out this demo screencast to make it more clear for you: https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLukzNZy

    thank you for your quick reply. Glad to see at least you can see the popup;)
    Have you tried to reload the page and does it still work for you?

    Still strange here: I’ve tested cleared firefox, chrome and edge via different devices..homepage doesnt work, but on subpage like ../machine-platforms the #10439-popup works fine.

    Asset caching was disabled already and incognito did not lead to success – I dont have any idea but thank you for you time.

    May I ask, did you added any cookies set to the popup? Could you please remove to confirm?
