Auto-optimize new images

The only way to know is to publish some images, and then check the Bulk Optimize page where it says ‘Show Optimized Images’ and see if your new images are showing up there.

If they are not, then Scheduled Optimization is your friend. You can add whatever folder the images are stored in to the Folders to Optimize, and then select Scheduled Optimization, and EWWW IO will scan that folder every hour looking for new images to optimize.
