Auto payment Paypal doesnt work

Good morning, on our website we configured Paypal standard and installed Subscritpion plugin in the free version.

However, we noticed that we receive direct credit only at the time when the customer subscribes to the subscription (we only receive the first payment) but we have never received the monthly recurring payments.

We have not received any money from subscribers for months now and wonder what the problem is.

Can you please help us?
