Auto play Lightbox in Nexgen gallery

I am use NextGEN Gallery plugin it is nice plugin. But i want to auto play effect of Lightbox after click on thumbnails. I don’t want to use slideshow. How to use responsive lightbox effect with nextgen gallery? Please, Help me.
