Upload and activate the plugin.
In index.php, put this:

The bottom line there you should already have, so place the comment plugger code next to it.

Your commenters list will then be an unordered vertical list – which is ugly. You’ll need to style that with some css and for that if you need some help we’ll need a link to your site once you’ve got the above working.
