auto post summary (excerpt)

The first one wouldn’t automatically do it. As for the second, there aren’t any that I found that are still supported with the newest version.

I’m trying to manually manipulate the code:

How can I add a page to the excerpt loop that has a page ID of 101?

scrap that, it’s not controlling the “posts page.” Does anyone know how to specially format the “posts page” selected under settings > reading?
