Auto posting on social media

Although the share buttons are working fine to post a picture on social media like facebook, twitter or google+, I wonder if there is an option to automatically post pictures on these social media during the initial upload.

I would expect that in order to make this working a user will have to provide the logon credentials per social network in his profile.

Next there should be a list included with the upload widget to select the socual media to which to upload the picture.

Is that possible or are you aware of any existing plugin that could do the trick in combination with WPPA?
