• Hi,

    my website is website

A wonderful plugin and a lot of improvement over the last time i used it.

    Here is my question 1:
-I am on litespeed server and i have litespeed enabled for other optimization, i disabled all litespeed cache, and enabled all Super Page Cache for Cloudflare.

Problem 1: If i “enable Auto prefetch URLs in viewport”, when a user clicks add to cart, 2 or 3 items in the viewport will be added and not just the particular item because i am using “ajax add to cart” and this is actually a fast way for clients to “add items to cart”. I have paid worker mode also enabled.

Question 2: How can i avoid this? or is there anyway to solve this. I really want to use the feature “enable Auto prefetch URLs in viewport” because this will greatly increase conversion for my customers.

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,
I just accessed your site and did not find any issues. I was able to add items to cart. Can you share a screen recording of the issue so that I can understand the problem better and replicate it to see what’s going on under the hood?

Hi, thank you for your prompt response.

    video link: video

Can you please recheck, i turned on the options now so you can see it.

ON: Auto prefetch URLs in viewport

ON: Auto prefetch URLs on mouse hover

You may also check on your ends to see it

Also just to add, now, navigation menu is disappeared too, i notice this aswell sometimes, i am not sure why this happens either.

Hi, ion eCommerce site it is recommended not to use the auto prefetch option be it viewport or link hover as when this option is enabled as people hover on link it sends a prefetch request to prefetch the page. But in case of eCommerce website these prefetch requests are sometimes considered as actions like adding to cart. So, better you disable these options on an eCommerce site. Also make sure you turned on the Tiered Cache option inside the CF dashboard.

Hi, thank you for your response, in my bid to fina a solution or try to get it working, as this would be a huge win, i stumble upon an article and i got this part in quote

Pages using a set cookie with “woocommerce_items_in_cart=“, “woocommerce_cart_hash“, “wp_woocommerce_session“, “woocommerce_recently_viewed” or “Store_notice[0-9a-z]” in the name.
URI paths with ?add-to-cart= and ?wc-api= added to the end
    Pages named products-compare, coupons, wp-json/wc, wc-api

Also i see for example i think wprocket have some kind of manual exclusion snippet?

So i am wondering if you could provide a snippet or a way to exclude similar?

Unfortunately, that is not possible with this plugin at this moment as when you enable the feature it loads a bit of javascript to do the auto prefetch, at this point there is no way to exclude certain pages for it.
