Auto prefetch URLs in viewport vs mouse hover

There is two option “Auto prefetch URLs in viewport” and “Auto prefetch URLs on mouse hover”
if i enable “Auto prefetch URLs in viewport” should i also enable “Auto prefetch URLs on mouse hover”?
in a common sense prefetch urls in viewport should cache all links when page load so in that case prefetch on mouse hover should not be require right?

Unless you have an eCommerce website with “Add to cart” button, you should always enable “Prefetch on mouseover”. If your website has minimal amount of links in header and pages, then you can also enable the viewport option. But if it’s a news website with many links on pages, don’t use the viewport option, just use prefetch on mousehover option.
