Auto-Product Sync Not Working

I’ve been experiencing this issue for months and even after attempting to reset the plugin entirely which didn’t work. The auto-sync for products is not working for both my sites and I am needing to reset the product sync multiple times a day to avoid products showing that are no longer in stock and/or getting products to show that are just now available. I tried creating a new key for my store and still no luck.
