Auto Redirect to next closest page in hierarchy

I’m not sure if this is possible with this plugin, but instead of sending the user to a 404 page if the exact url is not found, could they be sent to the “closest result” such as for example if they try to go here:
https://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/solutions-services/it-management-services/it-solutions/not-a-pageThey would instead land here:
https://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/solutions-services/it-management-services/it-solutions
Which is the closest “real” page. That would be preferred to getting a 404 error and of course would be easier than trying to set up redirects for the infinite possibilites.
