Auto refresh change request

Selecting auto refresh in the widget option page causes the manual refresh feature to go away on the user display, even if the “Refresh feature” option remains checked.
It would be nice to have both. So a user could bring up the next quote without needing to wait for the auto refresh period to expire.
One other thing that would be nice would be to have the auto refresh “fade in / fade out” delay between quotes become a configurable variable. It’s a bit abrupt right now. I’d set it to something closer to 1 second. It seems about a tenth of a second right now. That’s a fine default but making it configurable would put more control in the authors hands.
