• Double charged with 2 plugins Gift Cards and Dynamic Pricing 2 x 129,90 euro in 3 days without receiving the “RENEW SUBSCRIPTION EMAIL” or some notification where it’s writing that THEY WILL CHARGE my credit card, and btw WHY IS AUTO RENEW ON ? the client should set that up, not YITH

    I will give 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t. I see other people have the same problem…

    and also the plugin need custom setup because they work only maybe with there themes but with other you need to CSS

    NEVER AGAIN !

    and thanks for your feedback!
    All our plugins are with the automatic renewal on, as stated in the terms and conditions accepted during the purchase. It is possible to disable the auto-renew at any time before the deadline from the My account page. We also send an email 30 days before the deadline as a reminder of the upcoming charge just to give our customers the time to cancel the subscription if they want to.

    We are however a bit surprised to read this comment after making an exception to our refund policy by refunding you both orders.?
