Auto-renewed, despite cancelling my sub.

    I used the plugin last year and cancelled my subscription. Well, this year, they still charged my card for $59. I asked them the exact same day to issue a refund because I don’t use the software nor were they supposed to have my billing info.

    No response in about 20 days. Avoid.
