Auto reply after filling a form

  • Hello,
    I am using WordPress 3.0 from a free host so I can’t edit lots of stuff but will you tell me how to do the following and if I will not be able to do it, to let my host to do it for me.

    What I want to do is:

    How to let a form to auto-reply message to anyone who uses it.

    According to what I have found out, this can be done by implementing auto-responder; which can be done by installing plugin. As I don’t have access to do this, I was wondering if there is another way to achieve what I want?
