Auto-Reply Plugin

Is anyone aware of an auto-reply plugin for comments.

I’ve looked through the comments plugin several times and don’t see anything that does exactly what I want.

I would like something that will generate an auto-reply e-mail as soon as someone comments – the auto-reply would let them know that the comment has been received and some terms of use text.
