Auto Reply When User Registers

Hello, I am new to Word Press & this forum. Our site currently allows for user registration – I don’t believe we use a plugin for this so I think it’s the basic user reg that comes with Word Press. I am looking for a plugin to allow a bit more robust registration and one that will also allow us to send an auto reply to a user once they register to thank them, etc. I am looking for a very east user-friendly plug in that I can work with as I am not a coder or experienced Word Press user. ??
