Auto respond – can entire contents of form be sent?

    I am using your plugin to create an online waiver agreement. Right now an auto-responder emails the user with a “thanks for signing the wiaver” email.

    Ideally, is there a way to have the user and the admin sent the actual form contents of the signed form (the filled boxes, waiver text, as well as the signed agreement check box) as the auto response?
