Auto responder not actually being received.

Trying to set it up mail 2 so that it acts as an auto-responder. However, nothing is coming back. Any ideas of where to start or how to test this beyond filling out the form over and over and hoping for a response?
One thing- I do have [your-email] in the to field. Is this correct?
