I have been sending automatic messages at a certain time daily that shows a post from a specific category. It works perfectly. What I like about it is that it sends the photographs that is on a post quite nicely.
The one thing I can not figure out is that it seems to strip out basic formatting like [break] or normal empty lines in WP’s . This makes the text in the entire post look like one huge paragraph without white spaces between them like on the post.
Is there anyway to get the blank lines to show up on the newsletters? There are hard to read in the email.

  • Unfortunately, for email rendering and compatibility issues, we strip lots of undesired tags and shortcodes from your original post when creating the final html of the email to send. Rest assured we are working hard to improve this specific part of our plugin. You can read more about that here: https://www.mailpoet.com/mailpoet-version-3/

The only thing that I can suggest you, is to only use the excerpt of your posts on the newsletter and let your users click on the Read more links to read the entire articles on your web site. This is also a good way to bring in more visitors.

    Sorry about this inconvenience.
