Hello, there seems to be a slight conflict between the responsive menu plugin and wordpress, as whenever it is enabled it is not possible to auto scroll on the website (auto scroll being the one activated by clicking the scroll button on a mouse). When the plugin is disabled auto scrolling works again. This issue is also present on your own site. Are you able to update the plugin to fix this?

  • I can confirm this.
Tried to scroll like that (and always do) and the site wouldn’t budge.

Annoying, I hope it can get fixed.

    Awesome pluging nonetheless.

    Hi guys,

I have just checked this on my sites and the middle button auto-scroll appaears to be working.

Can you confirm it is still not working for you and provide URLs to the affected sites so I can take a look.

Thanks for taking the time to look into this, your site does appear to be working now (is wasn’t when I originally posted), but unfortunately my site still has the problem. It’s definitely caused by this plugin as when I deactivate it the autoscroll works again. I noticed that you have introduced a pro version, which presumably you’re running on your own site, perhaps there is a difference in the coding for the free version (which is running on my site)? Anyway, you can see the problem at https://www.gymonawhim.uk. This is a site in development btw, which is why it’s a bit barebones…

    Hi Chris,

There are subtle differences to do with additional options and settings but nothing fundamentally changed, beside it is only additions in the pro rather than anything taken away.

The only thing I can think is maybe a specific combination of settings is causing some conflict somewhere potentially but with over 70 options its hard to test every combination!

Can you export your settings from the “Import/Export” tab and send the file over to “support at responsive.menu” and I will upload it to my dev site and see if I get the same behaviour.

    All the best
