Auto select a drop down item based on what page the form is on?

My client is in real estate and has multiple new communities each community is a different WordPress Page. I only want to manage 1 form vs creating a separate form for each community page. How do I set up the forms drop down select to recognize each community and auto select the correct community? For example user visits Community 1 page – the form would have Community 1 pre-selected in the drop down select box. If they visited Community 2 then the same form would auto populate to pre-select Community 2 instead. This way people don’t have to manually select the Community they are interested in every time, this hurts conversion rate.
