Auto select variation with single attribute?

After a user selects from the first attribute drop down, I’m looking to auto select the remaining attribute drop downs if only one value exists. For example, if the attributes size (small, medium, large) and color (blue, green, red) exist, and the user selects small, but only the color blue exists as a option for small, I’d like the color drop down to automatically select “blue” and then display the add to cart button vs. the user have to select the single option.
