Auto Shuffle Data In Table

Hi guys

I need to create a table which automatically shuffle data daily, not randomly but in an orderly format.

For example I have a table with 5 things,
1.rice and chicken – 5 portions
2.veg – 2 baskets
3.sweets – 10 packets
4. vehicles – 4 suvs

After every 2 hours the table automatically pushes the list in an upward manner/rotates. Please assist.
