    Hi,

I am using the Depicter WordPress plugin for an auto slideshow of 2 slides.

    The configuration is
    – Auto slideshow
    – every 2 secs
    – Pause navigation on hover
    – Loop navigation
    – Swipe navigation

Unfortunately, the auto-rotation does not work. Only after going manually to the second slide the slideshow starts working.

I tested different options and combinations, but none made the auto slideshow work. Tested in Safari and Chrome.

Do you have any idea, what else I could try?

    Thank you for your support!

Hi. ?I’m checking your website and I can see that the autoplay function is working properly. Can you please confirm this? If not, please try to check again with another device. ?Also for issues like this, please remember to always check the browser console for any kind of JS error. Those kinds of errors can interrupt some functionalities. ?https://depicter.helpscoutdocs.com/article/266-browser-console

By the way you created such a nice Slider, good Job man ??

    Thank you :)) @averta

The autoplay function is also triggered by scrolling, it could be that this makes it looking like it is working. If I just open the page and scroll a little bit down, nothing happens actually -> this applies especially to the Safari browser.

There is a JS error, indeed. Can you read anything from it? Or where could I get help for that?

Hello again. ?I can see that on your website the autoplay does not start unless there is an interaction with the page but I can confirm that this is not the case in general. ?I have double-checked this and everything works fine. In your case, the error on your console seems to be related to the Google captcha that you are using on your website. There is a small chance that that could be the reason for this. ?Please check that and try to resolve it by contacting your admin or the plugins developers or Google support and let us know if it fixes the problem.
