Auto start and silent options not working properly

    The auto start option is not working, even though I Have a widget in my sidebar (my sidebar is on all pages)

    And when I tick silent mode, the webpage is mining, but that’s not visible in the widget.

    Yeah that’s why it is called silent mode ??

    You can use either widget or silent mode. If you want the widget to start automatically for users that visit your site the first time use the autostart option.

    I will improve documentation for that.

    OK so the auto start option alone doesn’t work because I already a cookie or something that says to don’t start the miner ?

    Yes, the autostart option does not override the cookie set by the user. So when the user clicks “stop mining” on your site it stopped and only started again if he starts the miner using the “start mining” button. Then the cookie is cleared also.

    The silent mode though does not care for cookie.
