Auto Sync not working

  • Hello,

    I have disqus running on two sites with same theme and on one, the auto sync works.

    On the other, comments made on disqus do not get sync into wordpress. The manual sync works though if pressed.

    However, I want to get the auto sync working as that is pretty safe and better than the manual sync.

    I am not sure what is causing the auto sync not to work on the other site.

    Any ideas and fix pls?
