auto sync users

    Hi there and thank you for your plugin.
    I’m trying to understand if an auto-sync can be done between my eshop and sendinblue client list. Should I always manually click on sync button, or somehow can I make an automation that allows my users list to be updated automatically?

  • I believe the intended way it works is:

    Once you have synchronised your WooCommerce customers to Sendinblue via the “Sync” button, to ensure future customers are added to Sendinblue you should have them automatically added via the configuration at WooCommerce > Settings > Sendinblue > Subscription Options.

    Solved, someone of the group created a secondary mailing list and all the contacts sync with that, and not the main one. Thank you so much
