Auto-Tester Possible?

Hello…Is there a feature where the form can kind of auto-submit a test every day to make sure it’s working properly? We’ve had issues on multiple occasions where the email notifications just stopped working. There’s really no way of us knowing that it stopped working, so some kind of auto-submitter would be very useful. Is there anything out there like this? Thanks!
