    Hi,

    I have checked “Automatically switch to browser language”, however this is not working.

    Any help?

    Hi,

    I have checked your website, but I do not see GTranslate there, so I cannot comment.

    Make sure to use incognito window when testing. Also check https://gtranslate.io/detect-browser-language to know your browser language and what to expect.

    If you would like me to check it for you, you need to enable GTranslate and provide the information about your browser from the page I have sent.

    Hi Edo,

    I just unistall it and install it.

    Can you please check it again? For sure it is installed and actived. If you still can’t find it, is it possible that it is blocked by some performance plugin? (like jetpack boost)

    Hi,

    I do not see the language selector on your website, also I do not see any mention of GTranslate in your HTML source code.

    If you do not have a language selector on your website the “Automatically switch to browser language” will not work.

    What is the language selector? do you mean the widget with the flags? is it mandatory in order to work auto-translation?

    Yes, it is mandatory. If you do not want it to appear for some reason, you can hide it via CSS. Thanks! ??
