Auto Update a web page

    I am looking for a plugin or solution to be able to auto update a web page with daily information. Another program generates a list of items. I would like that list to update/replace the list that was there the day before. I know I can sign in and do this manually but I was looking for something to automate this process.

    Any ideas?
