Auto Update Infos!

Hi there!
So, I am usign this amazing plug in, and I am trying to set the auto update function.
I am trying to following the instruction but I am not making it work.
1 – i have downloaded the zip file, editet the cron_update.php
this lines:
$db_name = “Sql50xxxx_1”; // Database name
$db_user = “Sql50xxxx”; // Database User
$db_password = “b6e9xxxx”; // Database password
$db_host = “62.149.150.xxx”; // Host
$table_prefix = “wp_”; // tabele prefix
$email =”[email protected]”; //I dont understand the table prefix line (but i have installed wp with default setting so it should be ok)
now, where i have to upload this php file?? in the plug in directory?
and then what i have to do to turn it on?thank you
