Auto update removed _GB version

  • WordPress has just auto updated to 3.8.2 on my wordpress site at https://www.sallystackshop.co.uk

    I was using wordpress version 3.8.1-en_GB and this auto update has taken the GB version out totally and now the site does not function correctly. Help please!

    Can I easily prevent auto updates for the future by ticking a box or inserting some code?

    Your help, advice and time is appreciated.
