Auto updated to 3.8.1 and can't get to Admin

Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the root wp-config.php & .htaccess files and the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

Got it – renamed the plugins folder.

I happens the same. After I update the wordpress version to 3.8.1, when I activate the plugin WordPress Popular Posts, shown the next fatal error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare maybe_create_table() (previously declared in wp-admin/install-helper.php:54) in wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 1374

Any ideas?
