Auto-updating but set to not to!

Then it must be a very critical issue, because WordPress isn’t pushing security updates very often.

@nossfloda Usually the information regarding security updates is published after the updates have been installed, because nobody wants to give people with bad intentions methods to abuse a vulnerability. It’s part of responsible disclosure.

I also received mail about SeedProd auto plugin -update even though I have the auto update feature inactivated for all plugins.
So is this something specific to SeedProd -plugin?

@josklever that’s right, but I just wish they would have told us that this was happening without telling us details. Having auto-updates running on 30 sites or so is making me nervous!

Same here. This is NOT standard WP behavior.
