Autoblocking cookie

Can anyone explain to me how to block cookies? I have the premium version and cookies seem blocked, but I don’t see a list of cookies blocked and used by the site, I don’t know if I have to enter them manually.
In the autoblocking tab I find a list of providers. Can anyone help me out?
