Autochimp: Bypass problem

When I use “Bypass the MailChimp double opt-in”, my “Latest mailing list activity” reports that problem pushing (email) to list. Error code 214, Message: email already subscribe to list. Click here to update your profile. Data dump.
I actually don’t mind this error because user still registered and subscribed, but this error cause my cimy extra fields data not to be inserted into mailchimp field though the data dump shows that the cimy extra field value has been passed.
Please help.
Note: I can afford using “Bypass the MailChimp double opt-in”, because I add cimy checkbox field requiring user to allow me to send them email.
