    Hi there,

A colleague recently purchased the BP Maps for Members for our site, and I’m trying to get the xProfile plugin to work. I have the profile field added and it appears in the register page, but it’s not autocompleting when I start typing an address. I did try pasting the API key into the .php file (inside the single ‘s).

    Any ideas? Thanks!

If you are using BP Maps for Members, then you don’t need to paste the key in any files. You can add the key via the settings screen in wp-admin.

If a profile field is not pulling addresses from Google as you type, check your browser’s javascript console for errors.

Hi Shane, thanks for your reply. I removed the reference to the API in xProfile. It’s only entered in the User Maps for Members plugin. Apologies for my lack of knowledge here, but I’m getting the following with the JS console:

main.js?ver=4.6:60 You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

Either your theme or some other plugin is also loading one or more Google Map APIs.

Your console log errors refer to main.js and common.js – neither of which are from any of our plugins.

To determine whether it is your theme, try switching momentarily to a WP theme like 2015.

If not, try deactivating other plugins.

    Shane, you are awesome!

Fixed it by deactivating another map plugin that I totally forgot about, since it wasn’t working for me. THANK YOU!

Hey Shane, one more quick question:

Is it possible to NOT have the pins aggregate and show up as a blue circle with number in them? I’d prefer just see jumbled-together pins.

    Thanks!
