Autocron Email Scheduler Function is not working

Hi Developer,

We have an issue after we created the newletters and schedule it to send later at a given Date & Time, it is not send out at that time.

It simply add the emails to the queue at that time. However it is not sent out.

To truly send out the emails, we have to manually go to the “Queue” page, and click on
“Send Emails Now”, in order send the emails out.

In addition, when we click on “Send Emails Now”, we have to keep the window open, when the emails are sending. Once we closed the window, the emails will stop sending.

This used to be not the case as previously we are able to schedule to send bulk emails at a predefined date and time, and the wordpress site/server will automatically send out emails at that time even if we are not logged in WordPress and browser is not opened.

This problem starts occuring at around 13 Aug 2021.
