    Hallo.

How can we set the username field (and email or other fields) automatically filled with current user information?

I created a paged with a contact form, the page was set as private and is used for internally for logged-in users to contact the webmaster. The website has several users, I want to know the message is sent by who.

Sorry, Fast Secure Contact Form already fills the username and email address automatically if the visitor has logged in to the website.

Now, my question is how to disable user to edit both the username and email address. This is needed to avoid the user to impersonate other person for sending the message.

In version 4.0 beta you can add attributes in the field options for Name and Email Address fields. set to: readonly=”readonly”

You have to upgrade to the 4.xx as you cannot modify options in the version 3.xx for the standard fields like Name or Email Address.

    Attributes:
Use to insert input field attributes. Example: To make a text field readonly, set to: readonly=”readonly” To set the size of a field to 15 characters, use size=15. Can be used for any field type.

    Hi,
    great plugin! Thanks!

I have a problem with this issue in FS Contactform 4.0.14.
If I used the attribute readonly=”readonly” it doesn’t work in Name (autofilled username) and eMail.

I tried set the attribute to a new text field and it works, but how can I autofill the new textfield with the username?

Do you have any suggestions for me?

    Thank you very much
