Autofill Safari problem

hello when i try to send request through Safari browser from my form https://prnt.sc/SYy8YYgbZvhq i face a problem with autofill. I mean that if i use autofill from safari to complete name, mail and phone number and then hit send request it doesn’t proceed. Is there a way to not allow autofill or something else to give a solution ?
