autofocus theme nav help

the nav next/previous arrows on single posts : how can i get the right arrow closer to my image, i think it has something to do with the width of the post, which may be 800 px i keep seeing that everywhere, but i dont know what to change to make it tighter. https://cuoracuora.com/blog/archives/117
