Autogenerate landing one-page sites from main site

Hi!
Not sure if this is the right place for this question, if not please tell me where to post it.

I would like to create a WP Multisite plug-in to automatically create individual one-page sites from selected individual pages of a chosen site.

The ending result should be a network of X individual small sites with mapped individual domains (www.<site>.com or something) and one “big” whole site.

Before digging deeper, I would just like to know if that is in theory possible? Are all of the steps in an individual site creation accessible as hooks/functions/actions (with superadmin rights)?
