Autolink

Hello, I’m looking for a way to make it so that when users type in a link or copy paste a link, it just converts it to a link. Then just have 2 basic settings for the entire site: set nofollow and set target_blank attribute. The entire idea of having a link dialog box feels outdated and it’s just a major unnecessary step in my case. Can this be simplified as described here? Thanks!
